try taking a multi-strain healthy bacteria (can be found online or at the health food store) it should help clear the constipation and battle the yeast.
you can slowly clean your colon out by eating raw. or just stay away from stuff that doesnt have fiber to help it pass.


if you can fast i suggest The Master Cleanse as a colon cleanse.
it does have Sugar (juice fast) but it helped rid me of my yeast and built up colon matter.
