I decided that the P&B shakes are not gonna be a good choice for me. I have huge issues with constipation. I was reading about the Ultimate Cleanse as being a multi cleanse system, but my issue is I'm having issues with my liver, galbladder and Kidney's so I will need to get regular first before I do any other cleanses.

Anyways...reg. fiber is doing nothing for me either. I need something to garauntee to get me regular. HELP!! sorry but I am so desperate here.
