Well the die off is good but can be over powering. You may want to cut your antifungal in 1/2 for awhile and see if you can tolerate that dose a little bit better. I dont get die off from probiotics but I do from antifungals if I use too much of it. I also do the Psyllium and Bentonite shakes. These shakes help absorb the toxins after the yeast die off. This is the best treatment and I have had good success with feeling ok on this.
