Yeah, candida can cause all sorts of female imbalances. I began having horrible endometriosis symptoms when I was only in my early twenties. God, I really suffered for many years. I had three surgeries and a bunch of those Depo Lupron shots- only the last surgery ( about 5 years ago ) combined with candida treatment finally gave me some relief. I seem to get more improvement the longer I treat the candida. Proof positive for me that it's linked.
I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with the diet :-(. It doesn't bother me too much anymore- I'm used to it though after so many years. I was just thinking today how grateful I am that I can eat more than about 8 things now- LOL. That is progress I guess :-).
