I would leave out the sagebush if for a child, in the link above.

Lapaucho (pau d arco can also be bought in a herbal extract,
which you can easily *hide* in a childs drink.
since a child might not like the tea taste.

I am fortunate to never have had a yeast problem except for a short time,
in my early 30's before I was totally aware of Antibiotics
contributing to this.
I knew they did so ingested, but never realised that facial *antibiotic*
cremes also created similar problems.
Anyhow,
Pau d arco is literally a full broad spectrum herb , fantastic!

Just add maybe 3 drops to a drink 4 times a day
should help greatly
