Hi Jhan. Do you think it is still possible to clear the toxins out without colonics enemas and Psyllium? I have tried all these and I cannot tolerate any of them without having side-effects (colonics - intense burning in my upper stomach and colon, Psyllium extreme bloating and a weight gain of seven pounds, plus irritation of leaky gut). Thanks for any info. Jhan
