Hi. Yes this sounds like gluten intolorance, but candida is never far behind with this condition, because it [yeast] takes advantage of the defective gene and neuro-routes. The company I have mentioned before; Zengen Inc. is one of the first companies [that I know of] working on a treatment. The whole problem is centered in the brain. It is the sub-fraction of the gluten protein 'glaidin' that elicites the inflammatory reaction. They have a polypeptide which controls this reaction. The same receptors involved in this disease is involved with c.albicans. Have you tried any anti-deppressants?
