Thanks Sharon! You peaked my interest when you said your breakouts are getting better. I forget about the grape seed extract...that is supposed to be very good. I bet taking the paragone at the same time is useful too, I may try that. I'm 37 and shouldn't be breaking out so bad. It must be candida....because I get yeast infections too. Sigh! Thanks for the info...I'm grateful for this forum.
