hehe, i wasn't thinking. I've been on the candida diet so long, im trying to find more of a variety of foods i can eat. I was looking at wikipedia and it says that raisins are high in sugar. But that if you place the raisins in boiling water for a short amount of time, you can dissolve the sugar. check the link:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raisin
