Length of elimination diet: It depends on how extensive is your candida. If it's localized to the digestive tract the duration would be shorter. If you have systemic candida, it will take much longer. I stayed on Dr. Crooks diet and Diflucan for 2 years. I was then symptom free, but now get mild symptoms if I eat poorly. Then I go back to the diet and supplements.
