That explains everything. I have candida and I am very intolarent to wheat.
I have cut Sugar and most grain products out of my diet and started taking supplements to kill the yeast about 2 weeks ago. I have been very sick for a week now. Thought I was going to die about 7 days ago but feeling better for the past 2 days. It's wonderful to know that its working. Yeast infection and thrush is gone, acid reflux is gone and zits are starting to go away, flu is letting up whih only naisel congestion left. I must be ont the right track.
