But what if I'm having trouble actually swallowing the food (like it feels like it gets stuck in my throat) Is this a symptom of candida? And if so, how do I follow the diet properly. Does anyone have this same problem? I just went in for a barium swallow today and they said everything looks fine. But i still have a feeling there are plaques of candida in my esophagus that are making it impossible to eat solid food.
