I don't know what threelac is, but it sounds like your body is cleansing itself, especially if you have never had this kind of thing before. Just to be on the safe side, it might be wise to contact your doc and get a stool analysis done, as black stuff in the stool is not something to ignore. Good luck! Hope you feel better soon!
