I've been really spaced out all week. It feels like my brain's wearing a hat that won't let the sun shine in. I can't seem to remember anything or think about anything. I'm tempted to drink a gallon (or at least a cup) of coffee just to wake up, even though I know it's baad for me...

been doing oregano oil, yogurt and p& B shakes...is this herxheimer?
