Thanks for your reply. I know alot of people don't like the Atkins diet and apparently you are one of them. If it produces more stones than an ordinary diet how come I didn't pass many? You think I will in later flushes? Also my husband is a diabetic and had high cholesterol. On the Atkins diet we have his Sugar count down to lower 100s and his cholesterol was lower a week ago at his checkup than it had been in over a year. It is working so I hate to change. He doesn't need to lose weight so he is adding good carbs back each day. I'm trying to hold mine to 20-25.
