Hi. I am glad you addressed this issue, as I am studying this problem myself. I know that the yeast is the root cause, I just don't know if the organism itself is penetrating the inner eye. This is cause for concern because the opthalmologist will will assess this as a natural occurrence from an innate protien shroud which breaks down over time. I suspect their are anti-bodies entering the vitrious humor to attack yeast by-products. But this is pure speculation.
