No problem :)
My body just started to go that way. I really don't have a scientific or rational explanation for it. It can only explain it as a primarily spiritual transformation that was initiated by my ashtanga yoga practice, which has made my body progressively more clean and sensitive. Everything started to give me indigestion. I discovered that Eat for your blood type literature, and started to follow that, and that started the process of eliminating certain foods for me. I am Blood type O, grains were immediately out for me. One day I went to have chicken for lunch, and I couldn't get it down. I was aware that I wasn't wanting meat alot, and at that time I was mostly just having fish, but then I couldn't stomach that anymore. It was then that I decided my body was ready for vegetarianism. I had already been eating limited meat for some time, and I was consuming soy products. But then again I cut out soy due to recommendations for the Blood Type Diet , as well as dairy. I then ate a vegan diet for a couple of months, mostly cooked veggies, and alot of nuts and seeds, and I ate the sprouted grain wraps and essence bread, which is made from sprouted grains. But then, my body said no again, as these products would give me indigestion, and dehydrate me. My body started to like the veggies less and less cooked, and I would pick the veggies out of the rice, then beans and lentils started to give me stomach aches, and indigestion. It was pretty much then, that I decided wow 100% raw is the way. Since then, I have went through periods that I have consumed copious amounts of nuts and seeds, the dehydrated fruits, and copious amounts of dates phases, and seaweed...and now, I am working through my cravings for condiments, because I used to use apple cider vinegar and salt, and some spices, but I am eliminating these too, because they cause me great discomfort. And to be honest, I am pretty much a fruitarian now, because that is all I really want - other than a greens salad, most veggies feel too heavy in my tummy! WHAT A JOURNEY! So allow yourself to transition! I transitioned quite fast, and that is why I think I get massive cravings some days and I feel tired some days, because my body is still detoxing quite fast. It was only about 3 months ago that I totally gave up caffeine. I used to love my tea, black, green whatever. Now if I have any caffeine, i feel unbalanced for days.
Anyhow, I am absolutely glad to help you in anyway, so ask as many questions as you like :)
I believe that this diet is possible for anyone, there are things that you can do to support your body through this transition, and it takes patience, and for me, the aspirations on a larger spiritual goal were key, to have a diet that is the most eco-friendly, and pure as possible.
Take care!
