Have you found in your experience that it is therefore better to do say a couple of weeks killin' and then back off allowing the liver some time to fully process the toxins? When you say "die-off should only last a short time" - for me die-off happens whenever I take anything antifungal - it never really gets any better. I could back off allow the liver to clear some toxins but the next time I took an antifungal I would still get die-off. Hope you understand what I am trying to say?? Also - what is the Cell Food you mentioned - that sounds interesting?. I also read that black floaters are linked to liver toxicity - maybe the supplement was working quickly and your liver was not able to cope?
