One theory is that, unless you are allergic or react to yeast, no real need to eat yeast free bread. Yeast, after all, does not feed on other yeast - they feed on sugars. Usually you can find a combination of 2 of the 3 criteria. A wheat and gluten free bread, such as rice bread, or a wheat and yeast free bread (usually you can find a whole grain rye). I have never seen gluten, yeast and wheat free all in the same bread. I think there may be one such obscure bread you can order on line - you can try to look it up. Or, there are recipes you can get on line that encompass all 3 criteria. For the more popular alternative breads, try Whole Foods as they have many varieties, or your local health food store. They are in a special refrigerated section and not with the regular breads. Also, someone posted a recipe for buckwheat pancakes recently - some seem fine on buckwheat. Thye sue the pancakes as "bread". But, I can also say that after 3 years myself without bread, come on in - the water's fine after you get used to it ! ;-)

P.S. Jennifer Aniston does not eat bread or pasta. Just a little info tidbit. . . .
