I disagree some people think 'candida diet' is a torture. i am absolutely happy with my diet at the moment because i know at the end of the day I will be cured and stay healthy that's all important to me. you have to get used to the new food and develop a new taste bud for it. Even if you have no yeast infection, this is a very healthy Diet for you.
