Basically you eliminate all sugars and yeasts. Actually, it's pretty similar to Atkins. Here's a site I've found helpful. They've got food lists there and stuff. Good luck to you!

Even if you DON'T happen to have a candida problem (which, if you think you do, you're probably right, but anyway...) the diet is a good, healthy Diet to follow.
