Does anyone know if I can eat a couple slices of 9 Grain bread while trying to get rid of Candida. I haven't ate any because I'm not sure. I'm really starting to miss my veggie sandwhich (Broccoli, clover & mustard sprouts, cucumber, zucchini, avocado and roasted red pepper vinegarrette on toasted 9 grain bread) I make.
