The diet is important.
NO sugar!! Vegetarians eat a lot of bread sometimes, pasta or sweets.
My roommate is very strict vegetarian and eats loads of chocolate.!!!
I do not understand it, so. Check your diet, some fruits are O.K. but
not flour or processed sugar.

Instead threelac, I recommend Lots of homeade yogurt ir kefir.
If you want some capsules, Jarrow Dophiles formaulas are good.

Also, BioK PLus. I took Threelac, and Primal defense and I think other probiotics are better.
