Oh Yah. But so is a lot of unwanted things. I find enzymes help with meals and such, but so far no real results. Pancreatic functions can be tested easily. I think probiotics are the best way to deliver enzymes. I grow algea, feed it with probiotics, and drink it. It really helps restore bowel functions. But does nothing much for my annnoying symptoms. -------------------------------------shroom
