This is not Shroom replying, but awaiting his reply I just want to direct you to the P & B xshake protocol and to let you know that it is utterly sage.

The only mishap with P & B shakes is constipation IF YOU DO NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER AFTER THE SHAKE. It adheres to toxins AND to candida threads and it is the very best (and cheap) Colon Cleanse you can imagine.
