Thats really interesting and you certainly seem to be heading along the right track there. I guess it is just going to take time and alot of patience. I wish you luck and good health....and do keep posting to let us know how you are doing. Thanks for the B12 tip - I am desperately short for sure, I was recommended B12 shots but the chewable tablets sound an easier option.
