Hi, the acronym stands for pysllium and bentonite. Pysllium is a fibre you buy in bulk, and Bentonite is a clay-based-volcanic ash liquid which is inert [dosen't get absorbed into the body, pulls toxins into it and away from the bowel wall. This helps the bdy get rid of bad stuff out of your gut.----------shroom
