Keep up the good work. You are incrediable. I can't seem to keep up with a strict plan. With the exception of yoghurt everyday, which helped me a lot.

As regards to #2's. I read here, I think it was from Jhan (you can look up her old posts), that floating means that your liver is not digesting fats properly. Perhaps you should add some liver protocal.
