Hello all,

I've been drinking two packets of Emergen-C a day while on the Candida diet. Only today did I realize that Emergen-C has SUGAR! Each packet has 5 grams fo sugar! Is it still OK to use while cleasning? A very knowledgeable friend recommended that I add it to to my regimen. I bought the Lemon-Lime flavor. I hope I haven't set back all of my efforts by drinkng the Emergen-C drink. Please let me know if it is OK to use.
