Rick and one of the other posters told you exactly what I will now tell you. Buy Andreas' book "Timeless Secrets" and start following the advice. it takes time to implement everything, so be patient. One of the other posters above posted a link to my own experience, let me know if you have any questions about it.

not much really helped me until I found Andreas' forum, books and started liverflushing. I hope it can help you too, but you must be patient. You can do it, it just takes time, patience and some determination. Diet alone probably won't get you there if your body has accumulated alot of toxic waste... that's why the cleanses are so helpful when they are done correctly. After you get a chance to read these posts and check out my experience, let me know if I can offer any more specific advice.
