I've known Johng for about 2 years now. In addition to posting here, I know him from a Yahoo Candida group, and we write emails back and forth on a frequent basis.

John would tell you to get Andreas' book "Timeless Secrets to Health and Rejuvenation"

Also go into his forum here "Ask Andreas" and read over old posts.

Candida is a symptom of a larger problem not the problem in itself.

I've had many of the symptoms you mention, and am fine now. I've also healed other health issues by taking Andreas's advice.


You can do this! You can be healthy and vibrant!!!!!
