Follow Andrea's Moritz Protocol. Buy his book, is very inexpensive.
It has lots of good advice.
I fyou check, the people that has reported recovery here are those who have done Liver Flushes and colon cleanses.

Those two things are the major tools we have.
The diet is important, but cleanse is a must.

Additionally after the colon cleanse, a good probiotic is needed.

I am better and I am sure you can.
