Hi Tom,

As I suggested to an earlier poster, burdock root is wonderful to help eliminate toxins from the skin, liver and it also has a mild effect on elmination through the colon/bowel

Dandelion root is wonderful for the liver and has a mild diuretic effect on the kidneys.

Try some green tea and/or rooibos tea. Both have awsome antioxydant power which is sorely needed in your case : ))

Skin brushing is definitely required in your case as your lymphatic system has become severely overtaxed...

A large increase in water would be advised to help the kidneys

vit E -- 400iu
vit A -- 10000iu
zinc -- 25 to 50 mg

Also you may want to slow down on some of the products you are ingesting so as to slow down the die-off effect.
