I used ThreeLac for about three months. I saw an improvement. I stopped because it was simply too expensive, and I realized that it is not a "cure all". I started, instead, to drink 3-4 cups of homemade yoghurt every morning, and after 2-3 months I also improved. So now, I am have purchased 1 more can of threelac, it is in the mail now, and I intend to add it to my yoghurt batches. I will let you know how it comes out.


If you want to use ThreeLac, I recommend just 1 packet a day--to keep the price reasonable. Treat it as another thing that you use, not the only thing that you use. It is a good probiotic, that's all.
