I have been on a candida diet for 6 days and have been constipated the whole time. I have been eating tons of fresh vegetables, cultured vegetables, tried senna tea, and done a couple enemas, none of which have been too effective. I am also on a liver supporting product called LivAmend by body ecology that is supposed to help with constipation, but no results after a few days. Any suggestions? I think it is a liver issue.
