I had some bloodwork done a few months back and all that showed up was some kind of inflammation marker, so I was sent to an endocrinologist to check for thyroid type issues and he couldnt really pinpoint anything. I have mild rash-looking Acne and joint pain (after running), so I am guessing it could have been something like that showing up.

Its funny, my attitude towards this whole thing has changed since last night...I rigged up a home colema yesterday, and I could not believe what came out...Ive been suspicious of how people throw around "toxic" this and that, but Jesus! If that wasnt toxic, I would hate to see what is. And Im only 20.

I think I have candida...Brain fog and mental clarity issues have been problems for me for a long time, although somehow Ive done a decent job of covering them up. I get really cold hands and feet, get tonsil stones, circles under eyes, dry skin, bouts of anxiety etc. I have always eaten probably 75% carbs, and very little fat, almost no "good" fat. Im doing a bowel cleanse, and then plan to start the Body
Ecology Diet.
