mentally I am doing well, but physically not so well.

Thats great to hear that you are doing something that is working for you. My advice would be to ride with it as long as you can. If it ever stops working move on to something else. Your doc sounds like he has a good understanding of this disease.

Let us know how you get on and how it works out for you - especially if you get a big breakthough.
