Yes, I had great results from it. After about a four year battle with a candida infection, I was able to regain my health following the supplementation of copper (I had anemia, low white blood cells counts, etc etc). I have created a website (not for profit) that tells my story in more detail at http://www.angelfire.com/cantina/candida/ I think the biggest mistake that I made and that other people make is in thinking that candida is the SOURCE of the problem. This isn't true. Candida is a symptom. It is a symptom of lowered immunity (whether that be due to AIDS, cancer, burn victims or simple mineral imbalances). Hope that helped!

And yes, I can now eat fruit and sugar!
