I used Threelac for about 3 months--it worked very well. I started with 2 packets a day, and increased to 3 a day. The problem is that it got to be too expensive. When the batch ran out, I stopped. I also realized that it is not a cure--just another part of the cure. It is a good probiotic to add to your other probiotics. Don't think that you can use ThreeLac and that is it. Keep reading and learning. But as I said, it did help.
