Hello Neighbors!

Having a good time working raw foods into the diet, reading this forum with interest thank you.

But how to deal with kale, mustard greens, and collards?
Steamed, I can eat a whole bunch, no problem.
Raw, it's like chewing on a Turkish towel!
And my middle-aged tooth enamel just doesn't want to work that hard. Neither does my poor stomach.

Any ideas would be much appreciated...
