Hey,
Thanks for replying. I'm afraid to think about what else might be in me! I still believe that was candida, even though I've never ever seen it that thick before - it usually looks more like banana strings. But I had a baby six weeks ago, was given IV Antibiotics , and my blood sugars (type 1 diabetic) have been extremely high since then (shame shame) but I'm controlling them now. Anyway, maybe those two factors can produce monster candida. It was so disgusting, but now I wish I'd taken a picture! UGH!!!
I'm just taking psyllium in apple juice at this point. I heard once that if you buy apple juice that is not from concentrate, it still has pectin. I'm not sure about that. Wal-Mart's Sam's Choice has a not-from-concentrate apple juice. I'm going to buy some liquid Bentonite this weekend, and maybe something else I've been reading about - can't remember now. I'll also check out your recommendations - thanks. I wish I could be more aggressive but it's all so expensive! I'm going to just have to be careful with diet and diabetes control. No easy way! =o(
