Have you had a diagnosis of candida or diagnosed yourself? I would suggest you go to a GU clinic (genito-urinary) to get checked out if you're having unprotected sex with multiple partners. Check out your local hospitals for this. You're putting yourself at risk of catching other more serious illnesses...I would strongly advise you have *protected* sex!

In the meantime, boost your immune system by eating a wholefood diet with lots of veggies, cutting out sugars and processed food and substituting unhealthy fats with olive, fish, flax, hemp, borage and coconut oils and butter. Maybe add a multi-vitamin and mineral and drink lots of water.

Try applying apple cider vinegar to your skin rash (Bragg's if you're in the US, Omega Nutrition if you're in the UK) and also take it internally....start with just a teaspoon diluted in water.
