I read the post by tgparker where he said he adds supplements to his home make yoghurt, there by getting a rich mixture of live probiotics.

I had the idea of adding ThreeLac. What do you think? I used ThreeLac for a couple of months. It worked great, but was costly. If I can buy one can a year, I think I can afford that. It was engineered from acidophilus, so I don't see why it should not work.
