I am finding that there are lots of great herbs out there too that help stimulate bile flow and I am having good success. Lots of strong peppermint tea every day, dandelion root coffee and artichoke are a couple I use. I have Gilberts Syndrome so Liver Flushing is not a good option for me but considering Gilberts affects the bile flow I believe I could have found my underlying cause of Candida.
