Thanks for taking the time with all of that. It was very interesting to read your protocol. I thought I was doing a lot (occasionally I wonder if I'm doing too much) and I'm MAYBE doing a 1/3 of what you're doing - lol. Really keeps things in perspective.

I, too, am in the once-a-week colonic series... I have my fourth tomorrow along with the infrared sauna. We'll have to compare notes :)
