Hey there...I'm also a 17 year old male from Torrington, WY. I have recently also began eating whole foods and cutting down on all of the other junk (which is taking awhile to get used to). My Acne was getting worse on my face so I bought the book Acne free in three days (...email me if you want the basic guidelines for it) and I saw a definite improvement and I feel better too.
