Ok, now you got me wondering. Pills? What brand do you use? I'd rather take it than drink it. Also, you responded to a post on the Type 1 diabetes forum a while back concerning and "natural cure for diabetes". I had also responded but have to admit I usually believe things are too good to be true when it comes to a "cure" for Type 1. Did you ever check into it more? I haven't been able to find the ingredients. I had a severe (green) yeast infection for about two years, until last fall and after four doctors, I finally had one diagnose it and treat me. This is the first time since being diabetic that I have been almost yeast infection free.

Yesterday, I tried cutting out a lot of carbs and wound up with a headache. To say the least, by afternoon I had a hunger that wouldn't go away. Yes, I ate. :(

Today, I tried cutting back a little and took the Kyo-Green and so far no headache. The Kyo-Green helped me get off caffeine headache free.
