The ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 is important and I wish I had the link to a CureZone message that explained why people need to lower Omega 6s and increase Omega 3.

Anyway, I completely discount any statement that says flaxseed is in any way superior in EFAs because of the high Omega-3s in hempseed. It just is not so.
