Surely it depends what milk you're talking about. Some people believe milk from a cow is meant for calves, not humans. I'm not sure either way really, but I do think someone wants to drink it, raw is probably the best, depending on the strength of their digestion. When I've drank raw goat's milk I get terrible bad breath so have to steer clear.
Interesting about that woman...if it's true.
