You mentioned never eating fruit in the evening, may I ask why not?

You said you got a lot of stuff out with the colonics, how can one tell if your getting crap out or just getting out regular feces waiting to be expelled from the colon? I got my first colonic last week and was wondering how people know that they are cleaning themselves out. All I saw was typical bowel movements, nothing extraordinary.
